Light of the Stable

Hail, hail to the newborn King!
Let our voices sing Him our praises.
Hail, hail to the guiding light
That brought us tonight to our savior.

Alle, Halleluia (Alle, Halleluia)
Alle, Halleluia (Alle, Halleluia)

Come now, let it shine so bright
To the knowing light of the stable
Kneel close to the child so dear
Cast aside your fear and be thankful

Hail, hail to the newborn King!
Let our voices sing Him our praises.
Hail, hail to the guiding light
That brought us tonight to our savior.

Alle, Halleluia (Alle, Halleluia)
Alle, Halleluia (Alle, Halleluia)

Hail, hail to the newborn King!
Let our voices sing Him our praises.
Hail, hail to the guiding light
That brought us tonight to our savior.

Alle, Halleluia (Alle, Halleluia)
Alle, Halleluia (Alle, Halleluia)

Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!

Sleep Holy Child of Bethlehem

Sleep Holy Child of Bethlehem,
Sleep in your mother’s arms.
Father is watching overhead;
He will keep You from harm.

Ancient Promise here to dwell,
Infant long foretold,
Prince of Peace, Emmanuel,
Infant meek and low.

Gloria, in excelsis Deo!
Gloria, in excelsis Deo!
Sing Gloria! Sing Gloria!
Sing Gloria! Sing Gloria!
In excelsis Deo!

Gloria, sing Gloria, sing Gloria,
sing Glory, Gloria!
In excelsis Deo!

Sleep Holy Child of Bethlehem,
Sleep in your mother’s arms.
Father is watching overhead;
He will keep You from harm.

Behold Your King

How could she know?
Could Mary understand,
Carry the weight, surrender to this plan?
“Be it unto me, I will follow where You lead.
Let it be. Let it be.”

The ages ring, the heavens sing.
Where hope was dead there is life again.
A light has dawned, arise and see.
What does it mean?
Behold the hope, behold your King.

How could they know?
Could wise men comprehend,
A distant start would change the course of men?
And oh the mystery, we will follow where it leads,
To the King, to the King.

The ages ring, the heavens sing.
Where hope was dead there is life again.
A light has dawned, arise and see.
What does it mean?
Behold the hope, behold your King…
Behold your King!

The hope of Israel, Jesus, Emmanuel,
Our God with us to dwell, the Promised One.
The hope of Israel, Jesus, Emmanuel,
Our God with us to dwell, out King has come!

The ages ring, the heavens sing.
Where hope was dead there is life again.
A light has dawned, arise and see.

What does it mean?
Behold the hope, behold your King.
Behold your King! Behold the hope,
Behold the hope. Behold your King!

Behold your King!

O Come, Immanuel

From the garden whence sin did see us fall
With the seed of despair in one and all,
There’s been longing and ache for the hastening of days
To the moment redemptions calls.

Oh, the people of promise tarry long
With lamenting and sorrow for their song.
But at last comes the age when the hold of darkness breaks,
Bowing down to the light of dawn.

Oh, come! Oh, come!
Oh, come, Thou blessed Hope of Israel.
Oh, come! Oh, come!
Oh, come, Immanuel.

Once so faint, but like thunder hear it swell,
Soon to ring out from every tongue and bell.
Oh, the sweet melody that will sound through centuries
With the job of the first Noel!

Oh, come! Oh, come!
Oh, come, Thou blessed Hope of Israel.
Oh, come! Oh, come!
Oh, come, Immanuel.

Oh, come, Immanuel.

Could it be? Oh, what glorious surprise!
With His fanfare a tender lullaby,
God Himself comes to men here in starlit Bethlehem.
Oh, the Promise that last arrives. (Oh, the Promise that last arrives.)

Oh, come! Oh, come!
Oh, come, Thou blessed Hope of Israel.
Oh, come! Oh, come!
Oh, come, Immanuel.
Oh, come, Immanuel.
Oh, come, Immanuel.

One Child

An angel appeared of the Highest One
And Mary believed the word she received of God’s only son
The virgin rejoiced, gave thanks to the Lord
And as Joseph dreamt, the angel was sent
With tidings of peace and joy of the blessed baby boy

They traveled for miles to reach Bethlehem
Yet when they arrived, no one could provide the place at the inn for them
But God kept them safe from hurt, harm and danger
In His warm embrace Away in a manger Waiting for Jesus’ birth
To glorify the earth – then He came

One child can change the world Christmas morn’
The king of all kings was born
He reigns forevermore
Let us worship and adore
Christ the Lord

Oh, wondrous star led shepherds and wise men
Through valleys and mountains
Angels surrounded them as they traveled far
As heaven and home rang out for the savior
The sweet prince of peace lay majestively
Asleep glorious and pure
And His mercy endures for always

One child can change the world
Christmas morn’ The king of all kings was born
He reigns forevermore let us worship and adore
Christ the Lord

One child can change the world on Christmas morn’
The king of all kings was born
He reigns forevermore
Let us worship him
Christ the Lord!

What Child is this?

What child is this who laid to rest
On Mary’s lap is sleeping
Whom angels greet with anthems sweet
While shepherds watch are keeping
This, this is Christ the king
Whom shepherds guard and angels sing
Haste, haste to bring him laud
The babe, the son of Mary

Why lies he in such mean estate
Where ox and ass are feeding
The end of fear for all who hear
The silent Word is speaking
This, this is Christ the king
Whom shepherds guard and angels sing
Haste, haste to bring him laud
The babe, the son of Mary

So bring him incense, gold and myrrh
Come peasant king to love him;
The king of kings salvation brings
Let loving hearts enthrone him
This, this is Christ the king
Whom shepherds guard and angels sing
Haste, haste to bring him praise
The babe, the son of Mary

Immanuel

Out of the east comes a cry of gladness,
Over the hills and the plains;
And as the sound falls up on the sleeping,
The world awakens to change.

Fulfilling words of the ancient prophets,
Revealing how it would be…
From the womb of the virgin Mary
Would come the Son of Deity

Immanuel! Immanuel!
Sons come worship and daughters sing,
Immanuel! Immanuel!
A vigin bears a King.

Even the kings of land would journey,
To see one greater than they.
Led by the glow of the light of promise
They want to be where the kings’ King lay.

Immanuel! Immanuel!
Sons come worship and daughters sing,
Immanuel! Immanuel!
A vigin bears a King.

Rejoice! Rejoice! Immanuel has come!!!

Immanuel! Immanuel!
Sons come worship and daughters sing,
Immanuel! Immanuel!
A virgin bears the King of kings!

Immanuel! Immanuel!
Sons come worship and daughters sing,
Immanuel! Immanuel!
A vigin bears a King.

Oh, come! Oh, come! Immanuel!!!
